Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Crypto Brawler (the "Game") via web browser, mobile device, or associated domains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or play the Game.

2. Ownership & Operating Entity

Crypto Brawler is owned and operated by Abdulla AAA Gaming Studio, a commercial gaming studio licensed in the United Arab Emirates under Trade License No. 1632131, located in Dubai, UAE ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

3. Simulated Gameplay & Zero Financial Facilitation

The Game is designed exclusively for interactive gaming, arcade recreation, and simulated market education. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• No Real Trading: The Game does not connect to any brokerage, exchange, order book, or liquidity provider to execute real financial market orders.
• Demo & Simulated Balances: All balances, currencies, "leverage", "P&L", prices, or trading positions depicted in combat or simulation are demo metrics with zero real cash or crypto value.
• No Financial Advice: Nothing contained in the Game constitutes financial, investment, legal, or trading advice. Past or present performance within the simulation does not guarantee, imply, or predict future success in real-world trading.

4. Virtual In-Game Currency (Bcoins & Dcoins)

The Game features virtual in-game items, skins, and utility tokens (including "Bcoins" / ₿ and "Dcoins" / Ð). You agree that:

• Closed-Loop Virtual Tokens: In-game purchases (IAPs) grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access digital cosmetic items and gameplay upgrades within our closed-loop gaming environment only.
• Zero Monetary Value: Bcoins and virtual items hold zero monetary or tangible value. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, cashed out, or refunded for fiat currency, real cryptocurrency, or physical assets.
• Prohibition of Secondary Markets: Selling, buying, transferring, or trading game accounts, Bcoins, or cosmetic items outside the Game is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms resulting in account termination.

5. Purchases & Strict No-Refund Policy

All in-app purchases made through authorized payment processors (including Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Web3 utility gateways) are final. Once virtual currency or aesthetic items are credited to your account or session, no refunds, chargebacks, or cash redemptions will be provided, to the maximum extent permitted under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and applicable consumer protection statutes.

6. Eligibility & User Conduct

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to play. You agree not to use cheats, automated bots, exploits, or reverse-engineer game network communications. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these standards.

7. Compliance with UAE Cybercrime & Consumer Laws

In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 (Combating Cybercrimes) and consumer protection standards, Crypto Brawler is committed to transparent operation, accurate labeling of simulated software, and the complete prevention of deceptive financial schemes.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Abdulla AAA Gaming Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
